Demandforce Email Campaigns

An application that automates internet marketing and communications,This SAAS services verticals include dental care, automotive repair, spas, salons, chiropractors, and others. 


My role User Experience Lead

Email Campaigns

Defined specs of all design assets needed to convert Demandforce email campaigns to mobile first responsive templates. Redesigned, executed and tested new template designs.

Recurring Email Campaigns

Designed recurring email campaigns as a source of promoting our customers’ businesses. Our team conceptualized, researched and implemented marketing campaigns our customer could can just turn on and off. These email campaigns would reoccur at specific times, for example Christmas Season. These campaigns can also be triggered by use behavior. For example, missing an appointment.

Example: Missed appointments
If there is a no-show to an appointment, the application automatically sends an email prompting customer to reschedule an appointment with a button leading to the online scheduling tool.  This smart email would only be sent when an appointment is missed, our customer would turn it on and let it run, a set it and forget it easy tool.
